3M Post-It

We approached 3M with an idea for an activation during the 2020 Twin Cities Pride Celebrations. Sadly, Pride weekend festivities were cancelled due to a worldwide pandemic, forcing the city to quarantine and remain indoors. Soon after the city suffered the loss of George Floyd, and mourned for the unjust taking of a fellow citizen’s life.

June was supposed to be a month of celebration for diversity and inclusion, but due to these unforeseen events the city shifted, and became the stage of frustration, anger, and pain. So we pivoted, and created a Post-It Mural with a message hoping to inspire joy and representation to not only the LGBTQ+ community, as well as unity from 3M to the world. 

Located on the walls of the First Avenue concert venue.
